Louisville International Festival of Film

I did a lot of research and sketching of ideas before choosing this development path. I found it was challenging to try and develop a work to represent an entire city. Many images and graphics felt too confining or completely out of place. I am very pleased with the solution that I developed. It strikes a nice balance between the structure of a city and the fluidity of creation. View Poster A few days after submitting the poster I had an idea of this same style but oriented vertically. It would be interesting to evolve this poster into other formats like that. I guess development never really ends.
